Gojnea76 has been makes waves recently with sample-led tech-house, but tech-house that actually has a swing and a groove to it. And some big ass basslines.

Hence I quite like what he’s doing.

I actually preferred what he did as g76 – some stunning tracks such as Father and Abhorrent which are minimal classics. Well, classics of a 2017 vintage anyway.

But we are here to talk about Gojnea76, not g76.

There is quite a bit going on, as I said he likes his samples – snippets of Music Sounds Better With You by Stardust, flecks of hip-hop and breaks tracks – yet it always returns to a fairly tough beat. And there are quite a few of his own productions in here such as the stunning Let’s Chat:

It’s quite the banger – managing the tough stance with various horns, charms and slightly ridiculous basslines – yet it makes sense in a get your head down and rave kind of way.

There are other tracks by the likes of Matias Aguayo and Mr G, plus there is the stonking Not OK relationship by Gojnea76.

This is party music for when you want to get down.
